What do we look for in staff?

At Fite Living Centre we look for loving, caring staff members with a heart  for senior care .   Just as we expect our staff to be treated with dignity and respect we also expect all staff to treat each resident with dignity and respect.  We are their advocates and protectors and we must treat each and every resident with the tender loving care we would want to receive ourselves.
